What are your office hours?
Office hours are available Tuesday thru Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and are by appointment only. After hour services are available by phone and are assessed on a case by case basis.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can reach the office Tuesday thru Friday at 775-391-6141 or if email is preferred at email@example.com. Phone and email inquiries are returned within 48 hours (weekends not included).
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes! We are happy to provide telehealth services for those that are located outside the office area, or who just need a more flexible option due to other limitations. Please note that health insurances vary in their coverage of telehealth services and we recommending checking with your insurance company for a detailing of covered benefits.
Will my health insurance cover therapy?
As insurances are often changing their coverage, etc. we recommend everyone contact the office prior to scheduling to determine if we are able to accept your insurance.
What if I don't have insurance benefits?
No problem! We offer a private pay option for those that do not have insurance benefits.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments, including copays, are due at the time of your appointment. I accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. Many clients choose to keep a card on file through our secure payment and client portal.
Can I begin therapy immediately or do I have to be placed on a wait list?
We strive to have availability as needed whenever possible, however, some days/times are more full than others. We do keep an ongoing cancellation list for those that wish to be on it. We are also happy to provide a list of outside referrals if we are unable to meet your needs within a reasonable amount of time.
Domestic Violence Program Questions?
If you are currently involved in a legal case (court, parole and probation, child protective services) and need to enroll in a program, please contact the office directly to schedule and receive additional information.
